my palword clash before it even opens

When I go to play Palword it already causes this direct clash and doesn’t even open the game can anyone help me I’ve tried searching but I couldn’t find anything that could help me I received this game as a gift I didn’t want to have to return it

Hello!

Could you try the steps I will give you?

1.When you boot the game, u get the “Failed to login EOS” error.

1. Click OK to the next screen, where it says multiplayer unavailable.
2. wait on this screen until you get another EOS TimeOut error!
3. Click OK and proceed to the main menu.

They stated that although there is no clear solution yet for users experiencing this problem, they can log in this way.

Don’t forget to submit a bug report, palworld will fix this soon.

its sad i can download a pirated version of the game and it works just fine, but when i try to play it legitimately through xbox game pass i just get an error loop
