Dedicated Server Help

hello, I've got a Dedicated Server issue. i host a Dedicated Server for myself and my friends on a spare pc i own on my home network. everything works fine for everyone they can all connect, except me when I try to connect from my local IP address I get infinite loading however, when I connect outside my local network via a hotspot from my phone and from the outside IP address the one everyone else uses im able to connect no problem.
this problem is new, a Windows update shut the server down after restarting it I could no longer connect through my local IP.
