In your server settings, make sure you have PublicIP set to your servers internet accessible (WAN) IP address.

If you’re running the server within a docker container, you need to ensure ports 8211 and 27015 are passed through from your container to your server

Regardless of whether you are running it in a container or not, you need to also port forward on your router 8211 and 27015 to the LAN IP address of your server
